Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile, then Delete account. If you no longer have the app, use the delete your account page.
I forgot my password
On the Sign in screen in the app, tap Forgot password? and we will email you a link to set a new one.
How do I report a listing or a person?
Open the listing or the provider's page and tap the Report link at the bottom. We look at every report within 2 business days.
How do I block someone?
Luvlees can block a provider from the bottom of the provider's listing or page. To unblock them, open Profile, then Blocked people.
When will Luvlee open in my state?
Luvlee opens state by state. If your state is not open yet, the app lets you leave your email address, and we will email you when it opens.
