Delete your Luvlee account

Luvlee is an app by Algy Pty Ltd. You can delete your account in the app: open Profile, then Delete account. If you no longer have the app, you can delete it here.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, photos, listings, applications, places, reviews, blocks and notifications are deleted. Any applications waiting for a reply are withdrawn or closed, any confirmed places are cancelled, and the other person is told. This cannot be undone.

What we keep

If we checked a provider's photo ID, we keep a record of that check, not the photo, for 2 years after the account is deleted. Reports and admin actions are kept for 2 years after the account is deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains why.
